Service Description

Discover the ancient art of baby massage with Mama Doula's four-week Baby Massage Course. This course is designed to teach parents and caregivers the essential massage techniques to bond with and promote relaxation for their little one. Baby massage has been proven to have numerous benefits for both babies and caregivers and has been used in different cultures around the world for centuries. In this course you will learn basic massage techniques for you to practice at home and bond with your baby. This course is designed to not only bring relaxation and comfort to your baby, but also to help parents and carers connect with their little one in a meaningful and nurturing way. This course is also a wonderful opportunity to meet and connect with other parents of young babies who are sharing the same parenting experiences as you. This course is suitable for carers and babies aged between 6 weeks until an age when they are actively crawling. If you have any questions please get in touch. About your teacher: I’m Kathi, a UK/Swiss mother of three. I am an experienced postpartum doula with many years of experience working with babies and families. I have recently completed advanced training in baby massage and I’m excited to share my knowledge with you. In order to finalise my qualification I need to complete a final hands on course with a small group of lovely parents and babies. As such, this course is being offered free of charge with a small fee to cover the venue and materials. On completion of the course I would ask that you complete a short feedback form for my tutors.

Cancellation Policy
