WHAT IS A DOULA?
Doulas are not a new thing. Women have been accompanied in childbirth and recovery by other women since time began. But in our fast paced modern world, we often lack those traditional network of female support. A doula can help support and guide you to a positive birth experience in so many ways. MY DOULA SERVICES
Pregnancy, birth and the early days with a new baby can be very overwhelming and stressful. Add to that a cocktails of hormones, emotions and your own recovery. My role as your doula is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.

2 Postpartum Planning sessions during your pregnancy, to plan and prepare your postpartum sanctuary.

Meal Package (including 3 dishes)

8 home visits* when baby arrives (minimum 24hrs)
* visits usually take place in the morning but can be made at other times by arrangement.

I only take a limited number of postpartum clients at any one time so that I can reserve my time exclusively for you.

* Package prices are inclusive of milage within a 25km of Tägerig, AG. Additional milage 0.70 CHF/Km
* Parking charges incurred when visiting you home, hospital or other meeting point are not included in the packages and will be added to the invoice.
